Don't keep doing the same things with weights. Get creative. There are all sorts of ways to do your weight exercises differently. If you typically use dumbbells and barbells, try working out with some plates. Plates will give you a different feel. If you can't find the right plate weight for you, then try adding some PlateMates (magnetic weights) to the plate. Plates are great for shoulder exercises. You can also use them for many other exercises, including tricep and lunge exercises.
Don't just use that plate for a barbell, try something different with your exercise.
